We’re building a specialist store for saunas, cold plunges, and the spaces they create. Instead of chasing every option, the goal is to present a deliberate range, explain the differences honestly, and stay useful long after delivery day.

This prototype represents that direction. The final catalog will use supplier-approved products, claims, warranty terms, and imagery.

Before you order

Large wellness equipment requires a little planning. Each final product page will state the packed dimensions, electrical requirements, site access needs, and available delivery services before purchase.

Freight delivery

Most saunas and cold plunges will ship by scheduled freight. The carrier will contact the customer to arrange a delivery window. Standard curbside delivery places the shipment at the nearest safe point on the property.

Inspecting the shipment

Because these are oversized wellness products, return eligibility and restocking costs vary by manufacturer. The final policy will be displayed by product before checkout—not hidden after the order.

Installation matters
